Description

We are so excited to have you join us for the next LIT program on Saturday October 18th! Please see below for some program details:

Program Arrival/Departure: Please arrive to CRG Watertown (74 Acton St. Watertown, MA) at 9am on Saturday October 18th. Rob will be there to meet you. We will be at the gym in the morning but will return to the office for the afternoon. You are welcome to ride with us in the van back over to the office if needed!

Waivers:
Please complete the following waiver/forms prior to the program:
 
Packing List:
  • Comfortable/athletic clothes
  • Warm layers 
  • Closed toed shoes and socks (socks are required when wearing rental climbing shoes)
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch/snack
  • Small backpack to carry your personal items

Itinerary:

9am: Meet Waypoint staff at site location

9-9:45am: Review lesson plan, set up program materials/equipment, etc.

9:45-10am: Participants arrive in vans from WPA office

10am-12pm: Programming

12pm: Lunch

12:30pm-2:30pm: Programming

2:30pm: Participants depart

2:30-3pm: Clean up site, re-pack program materials/equipment

3pm: Volunteer and staff leave site
