04.19.25 Outdoor Rock Climbing (AM/PM or Full Day) 9:00am-3:30pm

If you have not registered in Jumbula before, please first create an account using our Volunteer Sign Ups 2025 page and then register for this program.

This program is in partnership with Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers.

Before coming out: The path to the wall is not level but accessible to manual chairs (as long as your chair can go over grass).

Parking/Route to the wall: Please park in the big parking lot or the small parking lot and follow the paved path to the big field. Walk into the big field and look for the Waypoint truck/big sun tent around the corner. See parking map in registration photos!

Bathrooms: There will be an ADA accessible porta-potty at the parking lot at this location.

What to bring:

• Small back pack or bag to carry your things
• Climbing gear including helmet (if you have your own; we will provide you with gear otherwise)
• Lunch
• Snacks
• Sun protection
• Water bottle

Schedule:

• 9:00am: Volunteers arrive and get acquainted
• 9:15am: Learn about the participants and the days lesson plan
• 9:45am: Prep the space
• 10-11am: Session 1 participants climb
• 11:15-12:15pm: Session 2 participants climb
• 12:30-1pm: Lunch and reset for afternoon sessions
• 1-2pm: Session 3 participants climb
• 2:15-3:15pm: Session 4 participants climb
• 3:15-3:30pm: Cleanup and debrief
• 3:30pm: Staff and volunteers leave
