Description:
Join us for our final ADVANCED, invitation-only ride of the season—a longer adventure with a goal of riding about 10 miles north to cross into New Hampshire, then returning along the same route. We’ve blocked out four hours for the ride and will take plenty of breaks along the way to rest and stay connected as a group.
This program is all about teamwork, connection, and finding the right level of support so everyone can enjoy the ride.
Participants will ride in pairs on tandem bikes, with one rider as the Captain (steering, braking, and guiding) and the other as the Stoker (pedaling and riding as part of the team). We offer a wide range of bikes to meet different needs and comfort levels—including traditional upright tandems that emphasize balance and coordination, as well as recumbent and side-by-side options that are lower to the ground and offer additional stability and support. Some bikes have two wheels, while others have three for increased steadiness.
Our goal is to match each participant with the right bike and teammate, creating a supportive and enjoyable group experience. We’ll take breaks along the way to rest, socialize, and enjoy the surroundings.
If you’re curious about tandem cycling or unsure what setup might work best, we’d love to talk with you and help find a good fit. The adventure starts with the right support—and builds from there.
*Note:
If a PCA is essential to your participation, please register them as either a Captain or Stoker based on their cycling experience. Email Michelle at [email protected] to receive a coupon code for free PCA registration.
