The Waypoint Outdoor Kayaking program will give you access to some of New England's most beautiful lakes, rivers, and coastline. Enjoy the fun and serenity of the water all while being part of a supportive community. Benefit from the wide array of adaptive kayaking equipment designed to meet your individual needs. Our highly trained staff will instruct, support, and encourage you as you learn new skills or further develop your existing ones. All kayaking programs will be custom designed to fit the needs of you and/or your group.

Location: Blessing of the Bay Park is located at 32 Shore Dr. in Somerville. There is a small parking lot next to the boathouse.
Conditions: Blessing of the Bay is located on the Mystic River near where the Mystic and Malden Rivers meet up. This is a dam controlled river that is mainly calm water but does have motor boat and rowing traffic. Programs will either paddle up the river along the tree lined shores or head towards the mouth of the river where it is wider and calm but still accessible from the shore in case of an emergency.
Bathrooms: There are bathrooms in the boathouse.
