Description

Description: This program is a practice ride for the Rodman Ride For Kids which is happening on September 23rd.  We will ride about 20 miles and share fundraising ideas and flyers.

Conditions: The Minuteman Bike Trail is a paved, flat bike trail. The bike trail is heavily traveled by bikers, rollerbladers and walkers. The roads from the office to the Minuteman trail will be on public roads. 

 

Meeting spot: Waypoint Adventure office at 453 Concord Ave., Lexington

 

Bathrooms:  There are bathrooms at our office.

 

What to bring:

  • Helmet (we will bring helmets to the program that you can use if you'd like)
  • Water bottle that you attach to your bike or bring in a small backpack
  • Small backpack
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks/Lunch - we'll stop to refuel our bodies along the trail or back at the office depending on timing
